For a long time, people have greeted the new year with fireworks and explosions. In Chinese culture, they were seen as a way to scare off evil spirits and bring good luck. For us, modern era people, the New Year’s Eve fireworks are an excuse for a final holiday season blowout. The feeling is much different when you’re celebrating it with thousands or even hundreds of thousands of people from your city, on the streets and under the fireworks. There is a feeling of togetherness. The same feeling of togetherness that’s been in the air since June of 2019.
We wish all of you, our dear readers, a very healthy and peaceful new year. May 2020 bring NEW happiness, NEW goals and NEW inspirations on your life.
